Party Central is a new dance fitness class, started in March 2022. Our Founder Kelly has lost over 7 stone, and wants nothing more than to help others work towards their own goals! Our class members are called the ‘Crew dem slew dem’ and our motto is ‘Consistent and Persistent’.

 

We get fit, stay fit and have fun doing it, burning up to and sometimes over 1000 calories an hour. With the hottest tunes and vibes it really is the perfect place to escape the daily grind.
